ITV commissioned RDF Television to make the brand new entertainment series, in which some of Britain’s most popular celebrities will be challenged to perform in extreme and hilarious circumstances. Hosted by Leigh Francis character Keith Lemon and Queen of the Jungle Stacey Solomon, every episode will see two celebrity teams trying to deliver the best performances of modern hits and classic crowd-pleasers whilst taking on extraordinary challenges designed to distract them.
The production filmed six episodes in HD over a four weeks at Pinewood Studios in front of a live studio audience of approximately 500.
Sing if You Can follows on the back of some other high profile and successful television shows that have recorded at Pinewood and Shepperton recently including ITV’s Dancing on Ice (Series 6) and Sky’s Got to Dance (Series 2). It’s also another show that is using more than just stage space at the studios. Pinewood’s TV team is delighted to be providing full OB technical facilities, audience handling area and hospitality, a vast array of accommodation and production offices, demonstrating once again that Pinewood is a one-stop shop for great television production.
