Shepperton Studios is situated close to the M4, M23 and M25 and Heathrow Airport (just over 8 miles away). The studios are ideally positioned for direct access to central London.

From Central London, make your way to Hammersmith.
At Hammersmith roundabout, follow signs to the A4 & M4.
After a mile, take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A316, but avoid the slip road.
Go past the sign for ‘the Southwest, Sunbury and Richmond’.
After 2 miles, take the second exit at the Richmond roundabout sign posted for ‘the Southwest, A316, M3, M25 & Sunbury’.
Go straight over 4 roundabouts.
Follow the road onto the flyover and after approximately 2 miles take the exit for the A308 to Sunbury & Staines.
At the roundabout, take fourth exit onto the A308 to Staines.
Follow this road until you reach the fourth set of lights (The Black Dog Pub will be on your right).
Turn left here onto Littleton Road.
Drive down Littleton Road, straight over the mini roundabout, and continue for 1 mile, through Charlton Village. Keep following this road until you see the reservoir on your right.
Turn right into Studios Road, just before the church. The entrance to the Studios is on the left.
If you will be driving anti-clockwise on the M25, past the M4 and Heathrow, exit at Junction 13 and take A30 towards Staines.
When you approach the ‘Crooked Billet’ roundabout, keep to the left and follow the signs for the A308 to Kingston – the third exit. Go straight across the next roundabout.
Continue on the A308 until you reach the BP garage at the first set of traffic lights.
At this junction turn right into Ashford Road.
At the bottom of this road turn right at mini roundabout into Charlton Road and continue for approximately 1 mile until you see the reservoir on your right.
Turn right into Studios Road, just before the church. The entrance to the Studios is on the left.
If you will be driving clockwise on the M25 from Gatwick, exit at Junction 12 onto the M3 towards Central London.
Leave the M3 at Junction 1 and take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A308 to Staines.
Follow the A308 until you reach the Spelthorne Pub at the fourth set of lights.
Turn left into Littleton Road. Drive down Littleton Road, straight over mini roundabout, and continue for 1 mile, through Charlton Village.
Keep following this road until you see the reservoir on your right.
Turn right into Studios Road, just before the church. The entrance to the Studios is on the left.
If you will be driving from Heathrow Airport, make your way onto the A30 at Hatton Cross Underground Station, heading southwest towards Feltham, Staines and Ashford.
Follow this road, also known as the Great South West Road until you reach a roundabout.
Take the third exit just before the garage into Clock House Lane.
Follow the road to the next roundabout and take the second exit in to Covent Road.
Go straight over the next two sets of traffic lights onto the Ashford Road. The Queen Mary Reservoir will be on your right.
At the end of Ashford Road turn right at the mini roundabout into Charlton Road and continue for approximately 1 mile until you see the reservoir on your right.
Turn right into Studios Road, just before the church. The entrance to the Studios is on the left.
Turn left out of Shepperton Studios. Turn right onto Squires Bridge Road.
Turn right onto the B376 (Laleham Road). You have just left SHEPPERTON.
Turn left onto the B376 (Shepperton Road).
Continue straight on the B376 (Horton Road).
Bear right on the B470 (Majors Farm Road).
After 1 mile, take the second exit off the roundabout onto the A4 (London Road).
Turn right onto the B470 (High Street).
Continue straight onto the B470 (Langley Park Road).
After 0.9 mile take the first exit off the roundabout onto Wood Lane.
After 1.1 miles take the second exit off the roundabout onto Pinewood Road.
Pinewood Studios are about a mile down this road on the left.
Trains from London depart from Waterloo station and call at Feltham and then Staines. Taxis from these stations take around 15 minutes to reach the Studios. Occasionally the same trains will also call at Ashford station from which a taxi would take 10 minutes. Alternatively, take a less frequent train to Shepperton station, from which a taxi will take around 5 minutes.
If travelling by Underground, take the Piccadilly line west from Central London to Hatton Cross. This journey will take around 30 minutes, and a taxi to the Studios will take an additional 15 minutes.
There is a direct train service between Paddington station and Heathrow airport every 15 minutes. The ‘Heathrow Express’ takes 23 minutes and stops at terminals 1 and 4. Taxis from Heathrow Airport take 20-25 minutes to reach the Studios.

The Studios operate a free shuttle bus service to local underground and mainline stations for all Pinewood & Shepperton staff, Studio tenants, production staff and visitors. The service is part of a Green Travel Plan currently being implemented at the Studios.
Buses operate between the hours of 0700 to 1900 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and run between Shepperton Studios, Shepperton station and Staines station. Download the bus timetable
Admission to the bus is upon presentation of proof of identity or other authorisation (visitors must be issued with a letter or email authorising them to use the shuttle service). Television audiences for shows at the Studios may also use the service upon presentation of a ticket or invitation.
