During the year the demand for use of the Company’s stage and studio assets continued to grow. Accordingly the Board has approved, subject to detailed planning consent, the building of a unique 30,000 sq ft stage at Pinewood Studios suitable for both film and television. This significant addition to stage capacity for the Company of 7% is at an anticipated cost of £5.1m. Completion of this new stage is anticipated by the second half of 2012.
