Pinewood Productions
Pinewood Productions is the new film investment and production division of Pinewood Shepperton plc, offering equity finance, discounting of the UK tax credit and gap finance to productions shooting at a Pinewood Group Studio. We target productions with budgets of circa £2 - 10m and will invest equity up to 20 per cent per film. It is anticipated that we will invest in 4 productions annually.

Projects considered for investment should be:
- UK qualifying films
- Able to spend the physical production requirement wholly or in part at a Pinewood Group Studio (UK) (stages and/or post production)
- Completion bonded
- Able to demonstrate a commercial sales and distribution plan
Enquiries/Applications
In order to evaluate any enquiry for investment we require a commercially viable package, which should include the following:
- A fully developed script
- Short biography of the key players including cast, producer(s), writer, director
- Projected budget and proposed finance structure (including principal conditions attached to all third party investment if relevant)
- Any other information regarding sales or interest from other parties
- Please note we are not in a position to be 'first in' on a project
