Cashflow of the tax credit:
- Cashflow of between 75% and 80% of the value of the credit through a reputable Dominican institution (e.g. Banco del Progreso)
- A completion bond must be in place
- Cashflow made on financial closing of the film
- IPSI to have tax credit assigned to its name or one of its subsidiaries
- IPSI to then take care of the final selling of the credit to a third party, so that the foreign producer does not have to get involved in administrative issues relating to the selling of the credit.
