Production Managers
The Production Managers Association (PMA) is a professional body of Film, Television, Corporate and Multi-Media Production Managers. An online availability list provides a service for Producers and Production Companies looking to employ highly-skilled Production Managers for entire productions, short contracts or one-off production budgeting.
All 180 members have a minimum of three years experience as a Production Manager and at least six broadcast credits (or equivalent).

The British Society of Cinematographers
Formed in 1949, The British Society of Cinematographers is an educational, social and professional organisation; its objective is to promote and encourage the highest standards both technical and artistic in the craft of cinematography. Crews in the UK are not unionized unlike some other countries.
Unions in the UK do not generally set rates of pay for feature film production, however individuals may be a member of a union such as BECTU or Equity.
