Nigel Bennett, Group Director Creative Services

Nigel Bennett joined the Company in 1998. In 2010 Nigel was appointed Pinewood Operations Manager Post Production and was made responsible for the daily operations of its post production facilities in Film, TV and Digital Production Services. In 2014 he was appointed Group Director Digital Content Services.

David Godfrey MCMI, Director International Operations

David Godfrey MCMI joined in 1985 and has held positions as Assistant Studio Manager, Television and Commercials Manager, Studio Manager and Head of Group Studio Operations. He was appointed Director of International Operations for the Group in 2010 with responsibility to develop international studio offerings worldwide.

Peter Hicks, UK Operations Director

Peter Hicks joined in 1991 and has held positions at Shepperton such as Assistant Studio Manager and Studio Manager. He was appointed Group Studio Manager in June 2010 and is responsible for the operational running of both Pinewood and Shepperton studios. In April 2012 he was appointed UK Operations Director. He is also responsible for Group Health and Safety.

Nadya Jary, Group Brand Director

Nadya Jary joined Pinewood in 2015.  Nadya has over 20 years marketing and brand partnership experience  She joined Pinewood from Disney  where she was Head of Integrated Brand Partnerships EMEA for multiple franchises, platforms and business units across The Walt Disney Company.  Previous positions include marketing roles at 20th Century Fox,  Universal  and MGM.

Robert Norris, SVP Pinewood Pictures

Robert Norris joined Pinewood from CinemaNX in 2012 and works on the development and finance of feature films and tv, and the exploitation of the company’s feature films, as well as in Pinewood’s further ventures in developing and exploiting audiovisual content.  He is involved with the evaluation of projects and with the planning and structuring of finance as well as closing the finance and exploitation transactions.

Prior to joining CinemaNX, he worked in private practice at Reeds Smith, chiefly advising film and TV clients on the development, finance, production and exploitation of content. During this time he had secondments at broadcasters ITV and Channel 4.

Bridget Sheldon-Hill, Legal & Compliance Director

Bridget Sheldon-Hill is Pinewood Group’s Legal & Compliance Director. She studied law at Rhodes University in South Africa, qualifying in 2000.   After spending 7 years as a senior associate at Allen & Overy LLP, where she was co-head of the Africa Desk and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice, she took up the position of Group General Counsel for Eaton Towers, a passive infrastructure company supporting mobile network operators through investment in and construction of mobile phone towers.

Eric Stevens, Global Sales Director

Eric Stevens joined in 2016.  He was previously Commercial Director at media and technology company Arts Alliance Media. Prior to Arts Alliance, Eric served as Managing Director at Independent Film Company, and has held roles at Ingenious Media and United International Pictures (a Paramount Pictures/Universal Studios company).  Eric began his career as a strategy consultant based in Washington, DC and London.  He graduated with distinction from Yale University.

David Wight MA (Cantab) PG Dip MRICS, Group Director Property

David Wight is responsible for the Company’s real estate portfolio of land, buildings and Media Park occupiers, property development and planning. He joined in 2003 as Studio Manager of Pinewood Studios. Prior to this he was operations director in the independent sector of the cinema industry after a career as an officer in the Royal Navy.

Darren Woolfson, Group Director Technology

Darren Woolfson joined in October 2007 having held a number of technical roles in the film and television post-production industry. He is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the Group’s strategy of enhancing its technology infrastructure for the benefit of its clients and for all aspects of technology associated with the smooth running of the Digital Content Services division. Previously he was the Technical Director at Molinare Limited.
